Microsoft Excel

Microsoft Excel is a popular spreadsheet program developed by Microsoft. It is a part of the Microsoft Office suite of productivity tools, which also includes Word, PowerPoint, and other applications. Toric allows users to leverage Microsoft Excel data in our workspace by locally importing files, or ingest Excel files from a source like Google Drive or Egnyte.

Using Microsft Excel, Toric users can:

  • Access your data and engineering flows from a browser.
  • Cleanup and transform your data in a non-destructive way.
  • Reuse your data transformations for new versions and projects.
  • Create interactive dashboards or reports using your Excel data.
  • Blend your Excel data with other sources with a few clicks.
  • Export your transformed Excel File to use with other programs.

Requirements

  • Access to local computer files (One Drive and Google Drive shortcuts also supported)
  • Web Browser (Safari, Chrome, Edge)

Integration Capabilities Supported by the Connector

Toric ingests local data into the workspace. Users can import the following Excel files into Toric:

  • CSV
  • XLS
