How Our Pricing Works
Toric offers a simple, consumption-based pricing model. We use credits as our unit of measurement for consumption in millions (M) of rows of data. We meter the consumption of actual usage against credits, and we charge annually.
Our plans allow you to purchase credits in bulk upfront to access discounts, or you can get started for free with 100,000 credits / rows of data.

We offer a trial experience where you can use all of our connectors and workspace features at no cost for your first 100K rows of data consumption. After you've consumed your FREE 100K rows of data, you can choose the right pricing plan based on your annual capacity needs.
To get an accurate annual capacity estimate, start a trial to see how many rows of data you use for a pricing estimate, or contact sales.

Toric offers annual subscriptions paid through a credit card. If you need greater flexibility, please reach out to our sales team. If you’d like to benefit from lower rates, you can buy capacity in bulk to get access to discounts.

Training typically consists of 7 modules, each an hour long that can be viewed here. All our paid packages include 10 or more hours toward Training and other Support Services.

If all credits have been consumed, customers will incur overage charges at a +35% premium of the current plan rate for 1M credits. This overage rate can be avoided by contacting your sales representative for a plan upgrade.
Customers can upgrade at any time. However, any incurred overages will be billed at the time of upgrade.
Toric pulls in all your data and analyzes what’s changed. Only the changed or new rows would be counted toward your consumption allowance.
