Jared has extensive experience in project construction schedules, utilizing cost and resource loading, as well as detailed baseline schedule development, schedule updates, claims and forensic delay analysis, and training and coaching of project managers.As an Oracle Certified trainer for Primavera P6 Professional, Jared has also taught public training classes and provided one-on-one coaching to clients for the development, review, and analysis of baseline schedules and regular progress schedule submissions.

He graduated from University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Data Science, and later discovered his passion for data science, combining his love for math and coding. At Toric, Varun focuses on working with General Contractors, Architects, Subcontractors and owners to solve critical data challenges by building customized data integration, operation, and visualization solutions in Toric.Outside of work, Varun enjoys playing and watching soccer, as well as reading books and watching TV shows. Livia Lucas is a skilled Lead CS & Project Manager at Toric, with extensive experience in product and business operations management. She is customer-focused, with a proven track record in defining and executing project roadmaps, directing operations, and improving products and processes. Livia leads a team of data analysts, engineers, and project managers, and is an articulate communicator with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Before joining Toric, Livia worked at Build Group, Inc. as an Asset Operations Manager and Software Product Manager, where she restructured the asset department resulting in enhanced productivity.Livia has a passion for building solutions and a qunie understanding of the data and operations challenged faced by the construction industry.
