Configure Hilti ON!Track Connector

Getting your data is easy with Toric’s integrations. Read on for a step-by-step guide to configuring a Hilti ON!Track Connector to access your construction assets data.

Setup ON!Track API Credentials

Before jumping into Toric, you will need to create an app in Hilti ON!Track. Here are four easy steps to get started:

  1. Open Company Settings
  2. Get Credentials for API Access

1. Open Company Settings

Log in to Hilti ON!Track as an administrator. Navigate to the dropdown on the top right and click the arrow to open the menu. Then click on Company Settings.

2. Get Credentials for API Access

Under Company Settings, click on the API Access option, then click Get Credentials. We recommend saving your API credentials in a password manager.

You should see the following information

  1. Client ID
  2. Client Secret
  3. Username
  4. Password

Note: If you already have a credentials for API access you could use them to configure your connector in Toric. If you click Get Credentials, you will erase all previous credentials.

Configure ON!Track in Toric

Login to Toric and follow these steps to setup an ON!Track Connector:

  1. Enter a Configuration Name
  2. Paste Client ID
  3. Paste Client Secret
  4. Paste Username
  5. Paste Password
  6. Validate Your Configuration

Setup time: 1 min

1. Enter a Configuration Name

Type a unique name for your Hilti ON!Track Connector.

2. Paste Client ID

Paste your Client ID from step 2 from Setup a ON!Track API Credentials.

3. Paste Client Secret

Paste your Client Secret from step 2 from Setup a ON!Track API Credentials.

4. Paste Username

Paste your Username from step  from Setup a ON!Track API Credentials.

5. Paste Password

Paste your Password from step 2 from Setup a ON!Track API Credentials.

6. Validate your Configuration

Use the Validate Configuration button to make sure all fields are completed correctly. Invalid fields will be highlighted in red, and a successful validation will show in green.

Click on Add Configuration to finalize the creation of your ON!Track Connector.
