Table Formatting Options

There are six transformation options under the Configuration section in the Properties Panel. If you do not see this, make sure the properties panel is open on the right.

  2. Filter
  3. Sort
  4. GroupBy
  5. Reorder columns
  6. Format Numbers

There is a number in a parenthesis that indicates how many fields are being edited for each transformation. The table is grouped by one field in the example below - shown byGroup by (1).

Group Interactions

This section in the Properties Panel lets you select a type of data interactivity for your table. Interactions are set by default; however, you could remove this by unchecking the Allow Interactions box.

Cross-filtering (default) will reduce a table and show only the records that match a selection made in a chart within the same Data App. Cross-highlighting will highlight records in a table.
